A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> pretende difundir o conhecimento sobre o Tango Argentino em todas as suas vertentes e, com esse objetivo, gere uma biblioteca itinerante sem fins lucrativos.<\/p>

Fazem parte da Biblioteca obras que s\u00e3o propriedade da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> e obras que a ela lhe s\u00e3o confiadas, podendo permanecer propriedade de terceiros.<\/p>

A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por danos ou furtos ocorridos nas obras a ela confiadas.<\/p>

Todas as obras est\u00e3o inventariadas, codificadas e identificadas, mantendo-se um registo dos seus movimentos.<\/p>

A Biblioteca funciona regularmente nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da SPEP \u2013 Sociedade Promotora de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Popular<\/strong>, situada no Largo das Fontainhas 19, em Lisboa. O seu hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento coincide com o hor\u00e1rio da Milonga; das 21H30 do 4\u00ba s\u00e1bado de cada m\u00eas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 2H30 do dia seguinte, ou das atividades da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> efetuadas no mesmo local.<\/p>

Por se tratar de uma biblioteca itinerante, poder\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m funcionar noutros locais, em eventos organizados ou nos quais participe a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>.<\/p>

As obras s\u00e3o disponibilizadas e podem ser livremente consultadas durante a milonga a Promotora ou outros eventos pelos seus frequentadores e participantes.<\/p>

As obras podem ser requisitadas gratuitamente para empr\u00e9stimo domicili\u00e1rio, mediante o preenchimento e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do documento de empr\u00e9stimo \/termo de responsabilidade dispon\u00edvel para o feito, que dever\u00e1 ser assinado pelo leitor e por um respons\u00e1vel da Biblioteca.
Apenas podem requisitar obras para consulta domicili\u00e1ria os associados da Biblioteca.<\/p>

Algumas obras s\u00e3o classificadas, podendo apenas ser consultadas e n\u00e3o requisitadas para empr\u00e9stimo domicili\u00e1rio.
Caso necess\u00e1rio, o leitor pode requisitar a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de obras classificadas para consulta mais demorada em data e local a combinar com a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>. A data e local est\u00e3o dependentes da disponibilidade de local e agenda do colaborador \/ volunt\u00e1rio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>.
Apenas podem requisitar obras para consulta prolongada os associados da Biblioteca.
Cada leitor n\u00e3o pode requisitar em simult\u00e2neo mais que uma obra.<\/p>

As obras requisitadas dever\u00e3o ser devolvidas at\u00e9 \u00e0 edi\u00e7\u00e3o seguinte da Milonga A Promotora<\/strong>, durante a milonga ou outras atividades da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>, ou, em casos pontuais. em data e hora a combinar com os respons\u00e1veis da Biblioteca.
As obras devem ser devolvidas no mesmo estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o em que foram requisitadas.<\/p>

A devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma obra \u00e9 formalizada com o preenchimento dos respetivos campos do formul\u00e1rio de empr\u00e9stimo e assinaturas do leitor e de um respons\u00e1vel da Biblioteca.<\/p>

A reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o, completa e\/ou parcial, das obras n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitida de acordo com o previsto na lei portuguesa que rege os direitos de autor, consideradas as exce\u00e7\u00f5es previstas na lei. Qualquer infra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 da exclusiva responsabilidade do utilizador.
O n\u00e3o cumprimento destas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, pode levar \u00e0 suspens\u00e3o do leitor, impedindo-o de requisitar outras obras.
Para abertura de ficha de associado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o preenchimento do formul\u00e1rio dispon\u00edvel para o efeito e pagamento do valor da joia em vigor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> intends to spread the knowledge about Argentine Tango in all its aspects and, with this objective, manages a non-profit itinerant public ibrary.<\/p>

The Library includes books that are property of the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> and books that can remain the property of third parties.<\/p>

The Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> is not responsible for any damage or disappearance of third parties\u2019s books.<\/p>

All the books are inventoried, coded and identified and a record of their movements is registerd<\/p>

The Library operates regularly in SPEP – Sociedade Promotora de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Popular<\/strong>, located at Largo das Fontainhas 19, in Lisbon. Its opening hours coincide with the Milonga A Promotora<\/strong> from 9:30 pm on the 4th Saturday of each month until 2:30 am of the following day, or during the activities of the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>, in the same place.<\/p>

As it is an itinerant library, it can also be found in other places, in organized events or in which the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong> participates.<\/p>

The books are available and can be freely consulted during the Milonga A Promotora<\/strong> or other events.<\/p>

The books can be requested free of charge for loans, after filling up and approved the loan form. This form must be signed by the reader and a person responsible for the Library.<\/p>

Only associates of the Library can request books for loans.
Some books are classified and can only be consulted but not requested for home loans.
If necessary, the reader can request a classified works to be read or consulted at a date and place to be agreed with the Library\u2019s responsible. The date and place are dependent on the availability of place and the collaborator \/ volunteer of the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>.
Each reader cannot order more than one book at the same time.
The requested books must be returned until the next edition of the Milonga A Promotora<\/strong>, during the milonga or other activities of the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Promotora de Tango Social<\/strong>, or, in specific cases. at a date and time to be agreed with the Library\u2019s responsible.
The books must be returned in the same state of conservation in which they were requested.
The return of a book is completed after filling in the respective fields of the loan form and signatures of the reader and a Library\u2019s responsible.<\/p>

Reproduction, complete and \/ or partial, of the works is not permitted in accordance with the copyright Portuguese law, considering the exceptions provided for by law. Any infraction is the sole responsibility of the user.
Failure to comply with these conditions can lead to the suspension of the reader, preventing him from ordering other books.
